Fun for all the kids in the school holidays
At Unicorn Valley, our school holiday program offers a range of fun activities from beginners right through to advanced riders.
Set amongst the beautiful surrounds of Panton Hill, our young riders will gain exposure to learning basic horsemanship theory, riding skills and pending availability - a demonstration by a farrier, saddle fitter, equine dentist, or horse handler.
Riders work in groups with different instructors based on riding experience and interest in various activities such as dressage, games and trail rides.

What to wear

Wear long pants/sturdy shoes with a small heel if possible.
What to bring​

Bring a hat, lunch, a drink bottle (and raincoat for cooler weather).

Mini riders program
This is a special 1-day program designed for young riders is a safe introduction to the world of horses. We work in small groups with several instructors including a registered Counsellor and an Occupational Therapist, offering a variety of activities including:

Gentle pony rides

Grooming

Fun games on horseback and
-
Building fine and gross motor skills
